Liquid Application:
This program consists of a 1 (one) time treatment
around the exterior of your foundation.
This comes with a 5 (five) year warranty with a yearly renewal and a
thorough inspection.
Sentricon Bating System:
Expert will install a termite baiting station every 10 to 15 feet around your
structure.
We are now partnering with Sentricon.
The #1 reason is that Expert’s and Sentricon’s software integrate together.
The second reason is their termite systems are technologically advanced and
Expert can now use scanners to monitor termite activity within the stations.
Another motivating factor is the bait is prepackaged and ready to be placed
into the station. Expert will no longer have to mix the bait into a “dough-like”
paste.
