Structural Pest Bird Program
On the first visit our service professional will perform a complete inspection around your structure to locate all the activity. If accessible, the service professional will remove birds and nesting material.
He may also treat for bird mites & seal entry points to prohibit future bird infestations.
Your program may require additional visits which include closing all entry points to the structure to assure complete results.
This program includes 1 (one) 2×2 ft area if the pro can safely reach the entry point.
With this program you will receive a written 30 day warranty from the completion date.
In the event, the inspection concludes that the problem is NOT starlings or sparrows; there will be a $75 inspection fee. However, if you agree to the new service that our professional offers for that pest, the fee will be credited towards that service.
BIRDS IN VENTS:
If the bird is in a dryer vent or a bathroom fan vent we can service it.
We do not service any vents that are connected to kitchen hoods.
We will come out and perform a complete inspection to locate all active and nesting areas. We will then attempt to remove as much of the nesting material from the vent as much as we can reach. Depending on the way your vent is designed, we may not be able to reach to it or completely remove all of the debris. You may need to hire someone to remove the duct work to remove the rest of the nesting material. This is not included in the price. We are not responsible for anything we cannot reach. We will then treat for bird mites as necessary. We will then replace the vent with a covered one so birds cannot get inside.
This replacement vent is warrantied for one year.
**Please Note:If your problem is with Chimney Swifts or Barn Swallows, you must call a chimney company or a contractor to install a chimney cap after the birds have left for the season. This will prevent them from returning in the spring. Chimney Swifts and Barn Swallows are a protected species.
IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW NO LATER THAN 4:00 THE PRIOR DAY OTHERWISE YOU WILL INCUR A SERVICE CALL FEE IF NO ONE IS THERE OR REFUSES SERVICE.
